What is a concierge service?

A concierge service helps coordinate travel, transportation, reservations, experiences and personal requests through one dedicated point of contact.
Which destinations do you serve?

Our principal services are based in Istanbul, with selected arrangements available in Bodrum, Antalya, Cappadocia, the Aegean coast, the Turquoise Coast and other destinations in Turkey.
Can I book only one service?

Yes. You may request a single service, such as an airport transfer, restaurant reservation or yacht experience, or ask us to coordinate a complete programme.
How do I request a service?

You can contact us through WhatsApp, email or the website enquiry form. Please provide your dates, destination, number of guests and required services.
Is submitting a request a confirmed booking?

No. A booking is confirmed only after availability, pricing, payment requirements and service details have been communicated and approved.

Do you provide medical treatment?

No. The İstanbul Concierge does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Medical services are delivered by licensed healthcare institutions and qualified professionals.
Can you coordinate a medical trip?

We can coordinate selected non-medical aspects of the journey, including airport transfers, accommodation, transportation, interpreters and companion support, subject to applicable regulations and authorised partner availability.
Do you provide immigration or legal services?

No. Legal, visa, residence permit and immigration services are provided only by authorised lawyers and professional advisers. We may coordinate communication and appointments with suitable partners.
Do you provide real estate services?

We provide lifestyle and logistical support connected to property research, viewings, moving and residence setup. Property transactions and investment advice are handled by authorised professionals.
Are all services provided directly by your company?

Some services are coordinated through selected hotels, transportation companies, guides, clinics, venues, yacht operators, aviation companies and other professional partners.

Can you arrange last-minute requests?

We review last-minute requests whenever possible. Availability depends on the destination, timing and type of service.
How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the destination, date, duration, number of guests, provider and scope of the request. A personalised quotation is provided after the details are reviewed.
Which languages do you support?

Primary communication is available in English and Turkish. Additional language assistance may be coordinated according to the request.
Do you work with companies and agencies?

Yes. We provide selected services for corporate guests, executives, delegations, travel agencies, healthcare providers, production companies and international business partners.
